Olive Oil Parmesan Bread Dip

olive oil parmesan dip | GIRLS WHO EAT

Growing up, I loved visiting a local chain restaurant where they would serve the most delicious olive oil parm dip with warm bread. I knew I had to recreate this because it’s the perfect bread dip to make while entertaining or for the holiday season. It is made with only 4 simple ingredients and is going to be a crowd hit!

For this recipe, you will need:

  • Olive Oil: I like to use EVOO (extra virgin) because it’s not refined or processed. I recommend a higher quality or finishing olive oil if possible
  • Garlic: this has so many healthy benefits including being great for your immune system
  • Rosemary
  • Parmesan Cheese: add 3 tbsp if you want it to be more parmesan tasting and aim to buy non-GMO or organic if possible (keep an eye on the label for cellulose gum or any unnecessary ingredients)
  • Red Pepper Flakes: add more if you want a stronger kick to the dip

Tips:

  • The better quality olive oil you use, the better the taste
  • I recommend making this and enjoying it immediately
  • Double the recipe or triple the recipe depending on how many people will be enjoying it

How to Store:

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in a sealed jar or container. If the olive oil starts to harden, let it sit out at room temperature for 15-20 minutes and give it a good stir
