This seasoning is my absolute favorite to use on white fish, shrimp, or even roasted cauliflower steaks. It is so versatile and can be made with 7 pantry staple spices! This makes enough to last a while so you will get quite a few meals out of this spice blend. I like to store mine in a small glass jar and I use it weekly!
What is blackened seasoning?Â
It is a mix of chili spices and herbs that is similar to a Cajun seasoning! It has a bit of a kick to it!
