To make this recipe, you will need:
- An Air Fryer
- Cooked Peas: You will want your peas to be very dry, otherwise they will not turn out crispy. If you have frozen peas, rinse them under warm water for 10-20 seconds and then pat dry with a dish towel
- Salt: Salt is essential for hydration, electrolyte balance, and trace minerals. Avoid refined salts and choose unrefined options like Himalayan pink or Celtic sea salt.
- Garlic Powder
- Pepper
- Oil (to spray the air fryer)
Tips:
- You can eat the peas plain, use the spices listed in this recipe or add other spice blends you have (just keep measurements the same).
How to Store:
- You should make and eat these the same day, but if you have leftovers, store in a sealed airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
