Sparkling Cranberry Apple Cider

Cranberry recipes are always a fall favorite especially in New England where I live because cranberries are in every grocery store this time of year.  This drink is great with or without alcohol, make it into a festival mocktail or cocktail! It’s so refreshing and delicious and takes less than 15 minutes to make. I recommend serving it over ice and topping it off with Prosecco to make it a fun holiday drink.

For this recipe, you will need:

  • Cranberries: Use fresh cranberries and organic if possible since conventional cranberries are heavily sprayed with chemicals
  • Lemon Juice: fresh lemon juice is ideal
  • Honey: local or raw honey are my first choices and you can usually find them at your farmer’s markets or local grocery store
  • Apple Cider: My preferred brand is Martinelli’s because it’s made with just apples (no concentrates or added ingredients)
  • Cranberry Juice: use juice that has no extra sugar added.  My preferred brand is Lakewood and I use their organic one
  • Lemon Spindrift (12 fl oz) or Plain Sparkling Water
  • Prosecco (optional)
  • 80 oz Pitcher or Dispenser

How to Store:

  • Store leftovers in a sealed container for 1-2 days
